L3Harris builds the equipment that lets a modern military act as one organism: tactical radios and jam-resistant communications, satellites that track missiles from orbit, surveillance aircraft, electronic-warfare systems — and, through Aerojet Rocketdyne, the rocket motors that propel most American missiles.
HOW IT MAKES MONEY
Long-term government contracts. The Pentagon and allied militaries pay for radios, sensors, satellites, and rocket motors — a mix of cost-plus development work and fixed-price production, which means steady demand but real risk when a fixed-price program runs over.
WHY WE TRACK IT
Every networked-warfare concept the Pentagon is betting on assumes the radios work, and every plan to refill munitions stockpiles emptied by Ukraine assumes rocket motors show up on time. L3Harris sits under both assumptions — it is where the rearmament decade either flows or clogs.
