Cancellation and Refund Policy
How to cancel, what happens next, and what we will and will not refund.

PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
Refund terms are recorded as PROPOSED and require review by a qualified adviser before launch, including consumer-law rights in each jurisdiction where members are accepted.
How to cancel
Sign in, open your account, and use Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in one step. You can also email support from the Contact page.
What happens when you cancel
Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. Nothing is cut off mid-period.
After that date, your account reverts to the free tier. You keep:
- your account and sign-in
- your saved research
- any company dossiers you unlocked on the free tier
You lose unlimited dossier access, Connected Systems, and the premium archive.
Renewals
Memberships renew automatically. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. We email before an annual renewal.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries. Access continues during the retry window as configured in Stripe. If payment ultimately fails, membership lapses to the free tier.
Refunds
Proposed policy, pending legal review. These terms are recorded so we describe them consistently. They have not been reviewed by a qualified adviser and may change before launch.
- Monthly memberships are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
- An initial annual purchase may be refunded if you ask within seven days.
- Annual renewals are generally non-refundable after renewal, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are reviewed individually — write to us and we will look at it properly.
- Cancelling stops future billing.
- Access normally continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.
